This is Melanie’s second book.  It’s a non-fiction book, which I usually don’t read, but this book is a must read!  It is hilarious!  I laughed so much I cried and I would wipe my eyes and try and read again and then start laughing and crying all over again.  And just trying to read a funny section to my hubby was a long labor of love, cause I had to keep stopping so I could laugh!

$2.99: The Antelope in the Living Room by Melanie Shankle. This is a great price for such a wonderful book.  I’ve read her first book, Sparkly Green Earrings and it was hilarious too! She’s also got a new book coming out, Nobody’s Cuter Than You.  It’s bound to be a winner too!

Made to Crave e-Book on Sale!

Made to Crave by Lysa TerKeurst has become a big hit in the Christian dieting world.  Reading the reviews it looks like this is a great book, not a “diet” book, but a book to change our cravings from food to God.  It’s on sale now for $3.99 on different e-readers, so if you are interested get it quick, because I don’t know how long this price will be in effect.

I have heard that this is one of the best books on heaven that has been written.  And it’s only 99¢ on Kindle today.  It may be on other e-readers and it may stay at this price for a longer period of time.  But I would recommend you getting it today.  

We have this book in our church Media Center and I’ve heard so many good things about it, but it is a big book and since I’m a “fiction girl”, reading non-fiction takes longer.  But now I can have it on my kindle app on my iPad and read it whenever!  This is a GREAT price for this book.

I have found a lot of free books by Beth Moore (one of my favorite Bible Study teachers) and at first I just downloaded one, because we have the others in our church Media Center, but then I thought…it takes me a lot longer to read a non-fiction book, so I better go ahead and get these while they are free.
